The Cabinplant axial roller grader is designed for grading of various types of products according to thickness. Examples of products:
Warm-water and cold-water shrimp, raw or IQF (headless, head-on, shell-on, shell-off, etc.)
Pelagic fish types, e.g. herring, mackerel, sardines, etc.
The machine is designed to convey the product undamaged and to prevent that it is pulled through, which would result in incorrect grading accuracy. This is due to the specific rotation of the rollers. The result is smooth and gentle conveyance and sorting of product. For fresh products, grading is yet more facilitated by continuous spraying of water to create a film around the rollers.
The axial roller grader can be delivered according to the required capacity and each machine can grade up to five sizes.
The machine has three optional adjustment combinations for optimum grading accuracy.
All rollers are easily adjustable without the use of tools, allowing optional product size during operation. The distance between the rollers is shown in 1/10 mm on a digital dial.
Option: The grader can be mounted with electronic measurement of the distance between the rollers at both ends. This facilitates adjustment and resetting of the roller grader to a previous setting. The distance is shown on a digital display.
