Usage :

Dosage:
The dosage of the leaven is decided by the quantity, the species of
powder and the craft request of the creations.
1. The dosage for bread making is usually 0.8%- 1.2% of flour weight,
2. The dosage for making plain wheat roll is 0.3%- 0.8% of flour weight
3. Or follow the formulation and crafts.
Remarks:Sugar content not exceed 16:100(less than 16g sugar to 100powder) (for the low sugar yeast)
