The CondiReale balsamic vinegar of Modena combines Piedmont tradition in the selection of the wines and in the ageing with the Modena specialty of balsamic vinegar.It is created in the heart of the Modena balsamic vinegar district:here the wine vinegar aged in the timber vats in the Varvello cellars is skilfully mixed with the must of the local grapes of Emilia Romagna.The ageing in the barriques creates a classic Modena Balsamic Vinegar of the traditional Varvello quality, with a dark brown colour and reddish reflections and a balanced and pleasant bitter-sweet flavour,which makes it excellent with red meat (raw as well) and roasts, on parmesan cheese,drizzled over ice-cream and on forest fruits.
Available in different types,in the exclusive 250 - 500 ml bottle.
