This unfilte RED WINE exudes a subtle earthiness and has a long finish. The wine is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot, aged together in oak barrels for a period of 12 months. The wine is an excellent companion for grilled meats, stews and quiches.
