Ageing is carried out partly in stainless steel vats and partly in oak barrels with a capacity of 5-10 hl for about 6-8 months.
Grape variety: 80%Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot, cultivated on the Estate.
Production Technique:Vine cultivation implements the Guyot method. with a production of 60hl of wine per hectare. A late harvest ensures the maximummaturation. Once the grapes are de-stemmed, they go to ferment inspecial wine-making equipment at a controlled temperature for about18 days, and then into stainless steel vats, where the process ofAlcoholic fermentation is completed.
