Our color sorter is widely used for agricultural products, industrial plastic,salt,medicine pills sorting.

1. Advanced image acquisition and processing system
This color sorter uses high-speed linear array CCD image sensor (2048 pixels) and high-precision lens for image acquisition. Even 0.04mm2 heterochromatic regions can be detected.
A specialized image processing system is adopted for high-speed parallel processing of the image spectral parameters and shape features.
2. Intelligent image processing algorithm
The intelligent algorithm based on the combination of spectrum and shape is created for special processing of large and small regions, light and dark colors, transmission and reflection, which can greatly improve the accuracy of color sorting.
3. High quality ejector
Our ejector is imported from famous manufacturers to ensure the accuracy of material rejection and long lifetime.
4. High rejection rate
High rejection rate is achieved as a result of our image acquisition system, intelligent image processing system and high quality nozzle system.
