1. Filler distributor is measuring cup of 304(18/10) stainless steel against rust. Filling methods is the filler slips from measuring cup. If the measuring cup is fully filled with filler material, which means that measurement reach to the gram weight we want to fill into bag.

2. Machine operation is controlled by microcomputer with English button. Automatic adjustment of bag length and filling range is by microcomputer. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate.

3. Buffer design, for not bursting package bag, this design is for big volume filler and makes buffer efficiency to the force of big volume and heavy filler falling.

4.For the sealing margin, the tradition sealing margin is interlaced line looks not beautiful, but our sealing margin is only with straight line result from perfectly integrated unique design of material film drawer and heat sealing part. Please see the pictures for clear show. I think if to improve the food package appearance, you can have good sales consequently.

5. Regarding measuring controller, traditional design is without this function. The shortcoming of without measuring controller is if you want to adjust measurement weight, machine operating, you have to turn off machine to change measuring cup (filler distributor). While you restart the machine, the approximate 2 meters PE package material will be wasted. Our machine's advantage is when operating we only rotate the measuring controller to easily change measuring weight but not need turning off machine.

Free machine adjustment before shipment.  All of machines are set as customer's request. Customers can directly put into use whenreceive the machine, don't need to adjust any parts. 

Free Trainning CD to ship with machine.  We will take a video to show machine running before shipped.   We will also provide a trainning CD to our customer in order to train the operator how to use the machine.
