Ingredients: flour, buckwheat, cherry tree leaves, salt, vegetable coloring

Our Buckwheat Flour is homemade by grinding up the freshest buckwheat seeds.

Best if enjoyed within one year when stored at room temperature.

Boil for 3 minutes to prepare. Soba is easy to prepare.
