frozen chicken 3MM breastmeat, also known as chicken "ground meat" or "baader meat". A 3MM product made from wishbones, breast trimmings and breast medallions. Product is packed in polyblock and palletized. Perfectly suitable for the production of white chicken burgers, cordon bleu, chicken schnitzels and nuggets. This product is characterized by it's white appearance and low calcium levels!

Also "Halal" certified products available! We are BRC (A-level) certified.
