For our chocolate / choco paste, the basic ingredients are cocoa liquor, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, fat, sugar, flavors, milk powder etc. Chocolate is conched in automatic machine so as to get fineness and smoothness.
Our product is used by end users as per taste of their clients. It is mainly used by Ice Cream, Cake manufactures, Biscuit manufactures, Five - Star Hotels, Home / Cottage Industries in the required proportion based on the texture, flavour, and appearance of the finished products.
Covering chocolate is also used for making various flavoured small chocolate slabs i.e. raspberry, strawberry, and cherry, pineapples, orange, coffee, fruit & nuts, etc. Centers like wafer biscuit, almond, walnuts; cashew nuts, etc. are coated with chocolates.
Choco-Paste is mainly used by manufactures of confectionery, candies, Ice Cream; Sweet meat makers as per their recipes and taste of their clients. The ordinary Hotels & Star Hotels, caterers, Ice
Drinking ChocolateIt contains Cocoa, Sugar, flavour and preservative. It is taken with milk to stir well and mixed to make perfect drinking chocolate shake. It is consumed as HOT or COLD. It gives energy and freshness. It is preffrered children and elderly persons.
It is also taken with TEA or COFFEE. The hoteliers sell as CHOCOLATE TEA or CHOCOLATE COFFEE, when drinking chocolate is mixed in TEA or COFFEE. Drinking chocolate is also used by sweet meal makers, caterers, Ice Cream manufactures, Hotel Industries.
Custard Powder It contains superfine corn flour, permitted food colour, flavour and preservative. 570 ml milk. 2 Level tablespoons SILVERLINE custard powder, 3 Level tablespoons sugar. Mix the custard powder in a little of the milk. Boil the remainder of the milk with the sugar. When boiling add slowly this custard paste. Stirring well, boil approximately half a minute. Chill and serve. It is used by Ice Cream parlors, all types of Hotels , Ice Cream manufactures.Cream parlors also require this product.
Jelly CrsytalsIt contains sugar, edible gelatin, citric, flavor and permitted colour. Add 100 Gms jelly crystals in one cup of hot water i.e. 250 ml, stir till it dissolves. Add cold water up to 500 ml. pour in a mould. Chill until jelly crystals are served in ordinary Hotels, Ice Cream parlors & Industrial Hotels, cateress & sweet makers.
Icing SugarIt is pure redefined sugar in fine mesh. It is used for sweets like pandas, gulab-jamun, etc..., Ice-Cream, cakes coating, decoration on cakes etc. it is also used by all types of hoteliers
Castor SugarIts is used by Hotels, Hoteliers ans Sweet makers.
Damera SugarIts is used by Ice Cream parlors, all types of Hoteliers ans Sweet makers.
