♦ How to make soup "Chuca ankake no moto (E-723)"
1. Pour the product into a stainless container.
2. Pour 40 g of the sauce into a bowl.
3. Pour 200 cc of water into the bowl.
4. Mix.
*DO NOT USE HOT WATER. Hot water will spoil thickness.
5. Prepare ingredients for example chinese cabbage, carrot, bamboo shoot, Jew's-ear, and pork. And prepare steamed noodle.
6. Put the steamed noodle into a heated wok, and burn until browned both side. And remove the noodle to a dish.
7. Put the ingredients into a wok, and fry well.
8. Pour the liquid preparation made in 4.
9. Heat till thickened.
10-11. Put the “An” (thick sauce) made in 9 on the noodle.
12. Add MUSTARD or Vinegar according to taste.
