Control organisation: CIP station enables washing of equipment from one place. The station is completely automated, controlled by PLC system from the accessory operative panel. The accessory PLC system enables control in automatic and manual work.

Each course will be defined according to the necessary circulation volume. The same volume will be base for dosing washing agents in order to support the concentration at the time of washing.

Dosing is done by the indication of conductibility at the return pipeline. At the end of the washing cycle, returns go to the reservoirs, a channel or a return reservoir, depending on the concentration. The washing agent is prepared in CIP reservoirs by water circulation and agents through the pressure side of CIP 1 and return to CIP 2 via accessory panels.

The accessory circulation pumps are frequently operated and their capacity depends on the choice of circulation flow.

Containers with washing agents as well as the disinfectant reservoir are placed on the accessory tank. Dosage pumps ensure dosing for the first and the second CIP.
