Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies and Fins Bois.
The House of Comandon started its cognac business in 1821 by 20-year-old Pierre Comandon in the city of Jarnac which is considered the birthplace of the cognac. Later, it was managed by the Mitterrand’s family, made famous by Francois who was the President of France from 1981 to 1995. Still in Jarnac, The Tessendiers currently cellars a range of over 400 exclusive qualities of cognacs stored in red Limousin oak barrels on the banks of the River Charente where the 80% relative humidity is ideal for storage. This impressive supply allows our master cellar to have an amazing selection of choices when it comes to crafting a complex assemblage of multiple cognacs to create literally an aged perfume that you can drink.
