• This machine is a high technology fryer, it is professional for crispy onion,battered onion,strip onion.
• Its capacity can be reached about 2000kg/h,the energy source can be choosen, such as electric,gas,diesel oil etc., and the heating system can be conduction heating oil or thermal oil,internal heating system or external heating system
• Automatic temperature control system
• There are 3 sections stainless steel belt in the fryer, the first section is about 7000-8000mm long with plates, each plate is about 250mm; the second sections is about 2500mm long,each plate is about 10mm;the third section is about 2500mm long,there is no plates on the belt, it is only for discharging the fried onion.
• The control system is PlC control,all of the electrical parts are made of Omron or Siemens.
• This fryer can be equip a Filter to remove the residues during frying.
• If you need a complete line, it can be equiped other machines, such as vibrator.
