Our Certified Organic Doi Tung Jin Xuan Green Oolong is cultivated under the same ideal weather conditions and organic farming methods as our other High Mountain Oolong teas. The only major difference is the making process. Our Doi Tung Jin Xuan Green Oolong is a nearly green tea only slightly oxidized at about 5%. It offers all the advantages of a Green Tea with the aroma and flavor profile of an Oolong. Lightly oxidized, lightly baked, our resulting Green Oolong once steeped has a pale yellow-green color matching its faint fresh scent. Once infused, the tea presents itself with a fresh natural taste followed by a subtle smooth aftertaste.
