How to make the tea & what's the benefits of enjoying it?

Brewing Teas:

Step 1: Take 5-9g dry tea(usually 7g is better)

                 7-9g for strong steep;

                       5-7g for light steep.

Step 2: Pouring the water at 80°c into the brewing cup;

Step 3: Well brew the tea and release the tea soup and you'll the Dark Red or Reddish Brown color, very bright;

Step 4: Release it to the Drinking Cups, then enjoy the Tea Time.
