Essence collection system in juice production

Products introduction:

Essence collection system is a condensation and stripping  unit for essence, when the juice is heated or

evaporated.

In the juice production, the collection position can be pre-pasteurization and the evaporation unit.

Compositon:

 Materials feeding unit, heating and evaporation unit, dephlegmation  unit and collection unit.

Principle:

The second steam with essence will be condensed, the condemsed liquid will be fed to distillation towe

and distillated circularly.

The circulatory pipes unit can increase the essence collection thickness.

The heat source of the distillation tower is come from the previous wasted heat(pasteurizer or evaporator),

it can save the steam.

Double phase condensor design, reducing the cooling water consumption, also canpre-heat the juice.

The washing tower is adopted the cycling clean, can save the residule essence,
