Fruits and vegetable pulper, paste machine

Process explanation:

This machine is used to replace the crusher and juice extractor in juice production, and in paste production, it is used

to separate the seeds,  peels and woodiness matters from the fruit at one time, to predigest the production.

It is usually connected with the fruits cleaning system and Separator  (for juice) or refiner (for paste). The process flows are: 

1-Feeding the fruits into the input hopper(by Conveyor or by manpower)

2-The cutter under the hopper will cutting and crushing the fruits.

3-After that, the crushed fruits will be fed the extraction room, where are the high speed revolution impellers and 

screen mesh. The impellers will take the crushed fruits to circumrotate very fast, and the friction force between the

high  speed fruit granules  and immobile  screen will separate the soft pulps.

4-The pulps after separating will go through the mesh, and the residuals in the extraction room are mainly the peels, 

seeds and woodiness matters,  which can't go through the mesh, and the will be pushed to the bottom of the extraction room 

and be ejected from the output pipes.

5-The fruit pulps will be collected by the output hoppers and be pumped to next process, such as refinery or 

concentration.

6-This system has the cleaning pipes, can be connect with the outer cleaning system and very convenient to be

 cleaned.

Application:

Be used to separate the juice, pulps, seeds and peels of tomato paste, strawberry paste, kiwi paste, peach paste, 

apricot paste etc., and extract  the juice and pulps.
