This product is made of marinated fat goose liver and filled in a trapezoidal metal can with 85% fat goose liver and parched apricot in the centre, which has an amount of 10%.
During heat treatment the fruity-aromatic taste of the apricot and the characteristic taste of the goose liver compose a uniform, harmonious savour.
