From Iberico pigs acorn-fed + fodder fed
This ham comes from Iberian farm pigs, which are fed with acorns together with Cereals and natural pasture. They are slaughtered during the months of December up until May each year.
Its curing takes place during many months in our natural drying sheds, where its stillness is only altered by the air from the mountains.
A long maturing process is guaranteed in the dark silence of the sheds.
The individual identification of each piece also allows us to take care of and choose each one of them in a personalized way.
It has been declared a healthy product due to its high content in monounsaturated fat – good cholesterol – and tocopherol, which act as strong vitamins and natural antioxidants.
