|||| Product Description ||||
A shiro ("white") soy sauce-based seasoning with wasabi and wasabi flavoring.
(*This is not powdered wasabi.)
A product that is ideal for seasoning pastries and sweets.
For example, it can be used in a Confectionery batter by sprinkling in 3~5% (by weight).
Not only for sweets, its potential uses are limited only by the imagination.
Wasabi has a uniquely strong and stimulating flavor,
and is an indispensable ingredient in Japanese cuisine.
In addition to its obvious use in Japanese dishes,
it can be utilized by a creative cook in any number of ways as a spice.
This product is used primarily in a wide array of sweets
(rice crackers, confections, sweet bean cakes, etc.).
To give an example, by adding 5g of seasoning to a 100g bag of popcorn
and shaking, a seasoned popcorn can be made.
Modifying seasoning type changes the flavor of the popcorn,
which provides an easy way of developing new products.
How to use
1: sprinkle seasoning
2: spicy to eat!!
