   This product is salted and dried beef without sodium nitrite or other chemical preservatives.
   
   This is a traditional natural product of northeast Brazilian called "carne de sol". It is produced in regions semi arid with whether hot and lowest humidity like desert. The meat is salted and dried under sun and keep hanged over night in covered cool place. The moisture in side meat goes to surface dried. The temperatures of cool breezing at night start a growing of lactobacillus. It produces a nice flavor typical of this product.
   
   Some cycles of day and nigh are need to dry and ageing the meat to become tender, flavored and juicy.
   
   Our industrial process is made in beef process plant under veterinary inspection inside sanitary hygienic environment. But match the same conditions of the traditional salted beef recipe made by the cow boys of Brazilian semi arid.
