Kalamata variety (known also as kalamon) is a very tasty table olive, worldwide appreciated, perhaps the best knowe of all Greek olives.

Having excellent growing conditions in Peloponnesus peninsula due to Mediteranean climate and calcareous soil, kalamata olives are Almond shaped, purple-black color and firm in texture, having an extraordinary taste.

To help mantain the rich flavor we process by natural fermentation using natural ingredients (salt and water) and we pack with brine, red vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
