Walnut kernel is healthy obesity diet food which contains nutrition. Walnut Kernel with Celery Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
50g walnut kernel
300g celery
3ml sesame oil
1/4 tsp salt
Procedure
1. a. Soak walnut kernel in warm water for 5mins,don't throw away the peel.Take out,drain well.
b. Boil water in a cooker,add celery,boil 5mins,take out and put in cold water,quickly take out,drain well. Cut into 3cm long section.
2. a. Add salt and sesame oil in celery,stir well.
b. Add walnut,stir well.Marinate for 10mins.
c. Serve.
Serving Method:(6 servings)
Serve as side dish at breakfast,lunch or/and dinner. 58g per serving.
