Packing: In Polystyrene Styrofoam boxes each box 20 - 22kgs nett. Gross.wt 28kgs.

Mortality: First 5% to Buyer. More than 5% is to sellers account.

Payment Terms (Lobsters/Crabs): Strictly 50% Deposit paid in advance. Balance 50% must be payable within Three days after delivery. Not negotiable.
Delivery lead time: 7 days to 2 weeks depending on quantity.
Total Transit time therefore from packing to arrival in Hongkong is: 20hrs 25mins and 22 hours to Singapore.
Please note that the market recommended Live Lobster transit time from packing to delivery and storage in buyer’s tanks is 36hrs which is well within the required delivery cut off time for
delivery.
