Main structure material: profile, support, and frame of lift choose carbon steel Q235A (Design standard of country machine), the surface sprinkled plastics, the colour of surface can be choose random according to spot, enterprisement culture, tradition by users. The conveying system main material of special industry or environment (Drinks, food, chemistry lustration room and son on) should choose stainless steel (main brands 304 and 306). The conveyor structure parts of some light material can choose aluminum.
4. Conveying load material choose: belt choose import brand PVC/PU belt; rollers adopt seamless steel tube with homemade high quality bearing, roller body can choose carbon steel, stainless steel, project plastic, carbon steel roller surface dealed with zincification, chromaplating, covering with glue; flat-top chain and mesh chain material have project plastics and stainless steel.
5. Important gearing parts material standard: various kind of gearing axes, chain wheel adopt steel 45# processed, and though high frequency quench hot dealing technics, can completely assure the capacity of intensity, wring square, avoiding pull and extent; and can choose stainless steal processed subtly in special situation.
