Red yeast rice is the particular traditional Chinese product with a long history. 

It has been recorded in the traditional Chinese pharmacopeias, a promoter of blood circulation and a digestive stimulant.

Red yeast rice powder is a fermented product of rice in which red yeast (Monascus Purpureus Went) grows.

Dissolve an adequate amount of this product in water or 50% edible alcohol directly and then pour the solution into auxiliary food materials for coloring.The amount of use should be adjusted according to coloring requirements.
