Serve soba noodles with ebi tempura (deep-fried shrimp) and spring onion.
♦ How to make soup " Mentsuyu (CC-6) "
1. Dilute Mentsuyu (CC-6) approx. 1:8 times with water, then heat it.
2. Cook the noodles and drain them then place into a bowl.
3. Heat the soup just before boil. Pour the soup into the bowl.
*** Serve a tempura or/and spring onion on the noodle as topping.
♦ What is Soba?
Soba is a traditional thin Japanese noodle made from Buckwheat flour.
The soup has a soy sauce base with dried bonito fish.
There arevarious local soba tastes in Japan.
Abura-age (deep-fried tofu), tempura, raw egg and etc. can be served as toppings.
