The Abadi Bakery is a family-owned, national Israeli bakery and global exporter of traditional, Middle-Eastern baked cookies, cakes, and other baked goods. The Abadi Bakery was established in 1838 in Haleb, Northern Syria by Eliyahu Abadi when he opened a small bakery for traditional, Middle-Eastern, homemade sweet and salty cookies for local, regional distribution in Syria.
