Fresh, clean, ripe and sound peach fruits which are transferred to the peach puree Concentrate production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected peaches are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the Peach Mash is obtained. After that, the peach mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the Peach Puree. A further evaporation (concentration) process is perfomed in order to produce the Peach Puree Concentrate if a higher concentration is required.
Peach Puree Concentrate is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed peach puree concentrate is transferred to the storage area.
