With eight kettles ranging in size from 80 gallons to 300 gallons allows Original Juan to maintain its Micro-Batch approach yet service customers both large and small; with the flexibility to handle a wide variety of packaging types and sizes. Our production department is HAACP approved with a rigid quality control practice that consistently exceeds FDA standards and has achieved a certificate from Kansas State University of sanitation and good manufacturing practices. In our modern test kitchen where all the magic happens the 10 gallon kettle is perfect for making recipe adjustments to batches to make them just right. Here a fulltime chef balances time between working with customers on their recipes and experimenting with herbs and spices from around the world searching for the next big flavor sensation.
