1.steel column and steel girder all use H beam,the material are Q235 and Q345.

2.C purlin.

3.roof and wall use sandwich panel or single steel plate.the color is optional.

4.door and window:sliding or rolling.

4. production equipment and steel structure production site

We have two production lines.can produce 1800 ton per month;have two C beam CNC automatic production lines,can produce 5000 ton per month,one sandwich CNC automatic production line,can produce 100000sqm per month.

Production process of steel structure: Nc flame cut ting to automatic h-beam calibration set set, automatic submerged arc welding- secondary Roller pressure correction or flame correction --teel structure attachments assembled to carbon dioxide protection welding, shot blasting derusting, anticorrosive coating.

6. installation

A steel structure building is consist of steel column,girder,crane beam,purlin,support,roof panel and wall panel,it just need a installation drawing to show how to bolt them together,it is fast and easy.

7.Transport: depend on the length of the beam,we can choose to transport by containers or by bulk.
