Roomano Pradera - pasteurized cow's milk cheese that is lower in fat than Gouda aged for 3 years and has a extraordinary caramel-like sweet flavor. The flavor is in between an aged Gouda and a Parmesan Reggiano. Because of the long aging process the moisture evaporated and created a dry and crumbly texture in whcih the flavor concentrated. A strong flavored cheese that tastes sweet and caramel like candy!
