Production process:
The Shanhai  Red Wine Filling and Capping Machine Arranged in neat rows of bottles into the filling station by the conveyor belt, filling the inside needle inserted into the bottle filling, filling the bottle to leave the needle slowly upward. When the filling stopps, put the bottle into twelve equal portions to the bottle conveyor belt plate, equal portions in the cam plate under the action of the bottle device for intermittent motion, and the lid off the track (in advance to cover the oscillator under the action of the mouth to cover up neatly to send into the track) on the cover wearing in the bottle automatically. Dear Customer, thanks for your support. To ensure our service quality, we will execute

 the following packaging standards in delivery:

All the products before delivery should be tested by assemble and debugging engineer, wiped up and

 cleaned, then wrapped by stretch film to protect it from moist. The precision part need to flexible 

package. In addition, without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow ex-factory

 confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory.

All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported products use plywood case to pack. 

The foot margin of equipment fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading and uploading, 

the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.
