A fast and precise automatic skewering machine by Dena . Interchangeable moulds let you skewer a number of different foods, from traditional satay and yakitori, to meatballs, vegetables and prawns.
The unit is capable of producing between 1000 skewers in an hour with just one or two operators. The conveyorised design makes for smooth production, with manual loading and a sensor to activate the automatic skewering mechanism.
Each skewering cycle (loading, skewering and unloading) is approximately 15 seconds, producing 6 skewers. Small, compact, and single phase, this machine can fit nearly anywhere.
