COOPECARN GIRONA S.L.U. is an international firm dating back over 50 years, located close to Barcelona and specialising in the production of marinated pork, beef and poultry. Marinated meat operations began in 2008, and the firm is already at the forefront of the European marinated produce market.
Drawing on a long tradition in the meat sector, COOPECARN is firmly committed to going the extra mile. Our produce is the result of industrialising a traditional operational process, the aim being to make fresh meat tastier and more nutritional by adding natural ingredients which not only give it a more intense Flavour but lengthen its shelf life.
