DESCRIPTION

 

Lecithin is a complex mixture of phospholipids, glycolipids, glycerides and other minor components. Chemically, lecithin is phosphatidylcholine (PC) with the choline component accounting for about 13.5% of the molecule. Lecithin and other phospholipids contain both a hydrophobic and hydrophilic portion, which imparts same useful, functional properties in food processing. Soya Lecithin IP (SMF) is produced under Non GMO Identity Preserved Program by special class of super micro filtration technique.

USES 

 

Soya Lecithin IP (SMF) is a special class super micro filtered lecithin having both types of hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties. Its use in food when w/o type Emulsifier is required. It is Non-GMO Identity Preserved natural product has high nutritive value, emulsifying ability, easily digestive, useful for various kinds of foods such as baked goods, chocolates, ice creams, Instant foods, frostings, infant formulas, non-dairy creams, nonstick cooking sprays, biscuits, salad dressing, sauces, cosmetics, medicines, and gravies.

 

DOSAGE

 

It can be applied in water-in-oil type emulsions calculated dosage are 0.5 1.0% on total weight of product.

 

STORAGE

 

Store at constant room temperature, dry and dark places, avoid exposure of heat and light.

 

SELF LIFE

 

12-18 months when stored at constant room temperature in unopened packing, dark and dry places.

 

PACKING

 

Packaging facilities as requested in 100 Kg, 200 Kg new drums, 1000 Kg IBCs and ISO tank containers.
