Our Carrot extract is made by a proprietary process called " activity preservation method " in which f resh whole Japanese carrot is squeezed and then spray-dried without adding heat to keep its flavor, color and components. All the manufacturing is done in our own Japanese factory , which has been third party inspected ( JAS - Japanese Agricultural Standard and GMP ). Because it is an extract powder, it does not contain fiber which interrupts absorption of nutrients in the body. USES: Our vegetable extract powders retain the natural color, taste and nutrients of the original materials, while still having superior dispersibility.
