Very tasty cured, fermented and air-dried meat. The main feature of this Tuscan Salami is the coarsely minced pork meat and fat. A thorough curing and drying process lasted between 45 to 60 days gives this salami a very distinctive taste. In addition, salt, pepper, garlic and various herbs are added to give additional flavor. It is perfect for all occasions - breadkfast, quick lunch, buffet or simply sliced thin or thick, whatever your preference is, in order to enjoy to the hilt with a little bread and a glass of Chianti!
Since 1923 Salumificio Lombardi is specialized in the production of high quality typical
Tuscan salami, in particular: fresh sausages, Tuscan salami, Tuscan finocchiona, spicy
salami, Tuscany bacon.
The Company flexibility allows to suit various market requirements, in fact, not only it is
proposed a wide range of products, but different sizes are provided to fulfill all current and
future requests of the protagonists of the LOD and normal Trade.
Thanks to the support of a young team offering a prompt service, Salumificio Lombardi
tells itself apart from competitors by the capability of producing customized articles.
Salumificio Lombardi is a salamis' factory of about 1200 square meters, modernly
renovated and expanded in accordance with EC rules. It counts approximately 15
employees with a constant annual production growth.
The wide range of articles proposed is able to meet every need thanks to the high quality of the products and the continuous attention to maintaining a criterion of craftsmanship
during the manufacturing process.
This is the reason why Salumificio Lombardi has been successfully operating in European markets for all these years.
