Directions
Japanese Miso : boiled water, put into Tofu, miso, seaweed, green onion, ginger, reddish, turn heat to low, keep cooking for 5 minutes.
Bring frozen Japanese Udon noodle into pot with water to boil, then keep cooing 10 minutes, took out, shake out water for use.
put noodle in bowl and add cooked Japanese miso.
