Cooking Instruction:
1. Udon in Soup
Boil adequate amount of water, add seasonings, then put UDON into boil until cooked: put in meat,
vegetable for beeter flavour. Boiling it for about 3 minutes for eating.
2. Fried Udon
Heating 2 tablespoons of oil, put meat,vegetable, salt and pepper into stir-fry for a while.Reduce the
fire to medium heat,put the UDON into fry together,Season then with soya sauce or oyster sauce
and stir them for eating.
¶ For best taste, eat in 30 minutes of preparations.
