White truffle sauce from Piedmont, made by a base of Grana Padano cheese and butter, handcrafted by Davide Curzietti's company 'Le Trifole'.
Characteristics: it is a delicious cream embellished with the aromatic and precious white truffle, ideal to season all types of pasta, both fresh and dried, especially tagliatelle, tortellini and ravioli. It is also possible to combine it with a multitude of dishes based on personal taste and imagination. Outstanding flavour on meat courses and fried eggs.
Ingredients: butter, white truffle (Tuber magnatum pico) 10%, grana cheese, flour, broth, flavourings, whole sea salt. Contains: milk, gluten, celery.

Packaging: sold and packaged in a 90 gr. glass jar.
Preservation: once opened add a little bit of extra virgin olive oil and preserve in the fridge, best before 10 days.
