Canopia Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 has an intense dark red ruby colour. The nose combines red berry fruit with fragrant mint and eucalyptus. The mouthfeel is rich and concentrated, reminiscent of red berries, black Pepper and fresh spice. The finish is long and lingering with soft, silky tannins.
