Colour: deep intense red with violet hues.
Nose: ripe red and black Berry fruit (red cherries, Blackberries and sourcherries). Subtle vanilla, tobacco and coffee oak flavors.
Mouthfeel : A strong attack leads to an intense, fruit-flavored wine with subtle vanilla, tobacco and coffee oak hints. Has a long, lingering finish with sweet, round tannins.
Food pairing: grilled beef, pork and baby goat.
Argentinian empanadas and stews. Also ideal with apple strudel and fermented cheese.
