Nose: red berry fruit reminiscent of Patagonian black and red currants, Raspberries and blueberries. Excellent fruit/oak balance.
Mouthfeel : Blackberry jammy flavors mingled with subtle eucalyptus and vainilla. Firm, yet soft tannins.
Food pairing: Hard and semi-hard cheeses. Typical Argentinian dishes.
Serving temperature: 15-17º C.
