The Cabernet Sauvignon Grapes arrived to Argentina from Bordeaux, France. This variety is the third most cultivated grape in Argentina. Typically Cabernet Sauvignon wines are intense, spicy and with great tanins.

Vineyard training : High cordon and Geneva Double Curtain systems.
Pruning system : Shooting (horizontal apical dominance).
Distance between plants : 2m between each row and 1.25m between plants.
Yield: 8.000 kgs per hectare.
Age of vineyard : 35 years.
Harvest: hand-picked in baskets of 16 kgs to 20 kgs each.
Tasting notes : Dark ruby red coloured and deep, with violet sparkles. With notes of aromatic species, pepper, with touches of mature red fruits. Smooth touches of leather and smoke contributed by the barrel. Important entrance in mouth, lively. Good body and structure with amiable tannins. Persistent. Long end.
