Wheat Roller mill structure and installation in details

This series wheat roller mill is composed of cleaning part, grinding and flour making part and packing part.

We provide a project of our wheat milling plant, including special design, installation, commissioning and training workers.
The structure of wheat roller mill: four built-in grinding rolls of high grade centrifugal cast, dynamically balanced, prepared for water cooling. Choice of fluted or smooth, frosted grinding rolls. Self-aligning roller bearings.
WHEAT ROLLER MILL equipped with in details:
1 High efficiency cleaning equipment, including aspiration separator , vibro separator, destined , demerger , disc cylinder selector.
2 Advanced flour milling equipment, including pneumatic control roller mill, electric control roller mill, square plansifter, purifier.
3 High precision packing machine from 5kg to 50 kg.
4 Pneumatic/mechanical roll pressing force.
5 Two handwheels on each side for roll setting with position indicator.
6 Pneumatically controlled, automatic engagement and disengagement of grinding and feeder rolls.
7 Main drive pulleys either for flat- or V-belts.
8 With brushes or automatic lift-off knifescrapers, as required.
9 Air exhaust from grinding gap of all reduction passages.

Wheat roller mill can be installed in the first floor for a good an operation and also can be installed in ground floor to save space. Tapered lucite inlet glass with partition, if necessary. Built-in product collection hopper. Application - Widely applied in modern wheat milling plant. Different surface parameters serve for different grinding passage, different middle materials.
