It is made with the grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Farm Antica Bragagna in Sirmione. The ground is entirely of white clay. The age of the vineyard, the very low productivity per hectare and the overripening confer to the grapes characteristics of exceptional quality, reflected in this great red wine. Aged in Allier barriques and bottle, it improves as time goes on. Should be served at room temperature after a slow oxygenation.
