1. Prepare 3 chicken legs.
2. Pour 200 ml of the Torisuage tukekomi tare (F-546) into a bowl.
3. Pour 200 ml of water into the bowl. This is marinating sauce.
4-5. Marinate the chicken legs for an hour in the bowl.
6. Deep-fry the chicken legs.
