1. Put the lard in heated iron pan.
2. Ready sprout and onion.
3. Fry at high heat.
4. Pour boiling clear chicken soup 360 cc.
5. Pour product 30 cc.
6. Mix it together avoid clumping.
7. Boil till thickened.
8. Pour the soup into the bowl on ahead.
9. Boil the noodle and remove the water and place it into the soup.
10. Loosen the noodle in the soup.
11. Put fillings left in the pan on the noodle.
12. BBQ pork, menma, negi, boiled egg, wakame and corns can be served as toppings.
